Everything published on this website is provided for general information about Aavira Films and the work we do. It is not an offer, a contract, or professional advice of any kind. We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free or up to date at the moment you read it. Where something on this site conflicts with a written agreement signed between us, the signed agreement governs. Aavira Films is a brand operated by KSBM INFOTECH PVT LTD.

Our portfolio and the work shown

Photographs and films published on this site as our work were created by Aavira Films — by our own team, or by photographers and cinematographers working under our direction — wherever they are identified as our work. We do not present another studio's work as ours. Where a frame was contributed by a collaborator, an associate shooter or a second unit, it is used with their permission under our engagement with them. A portfolio is a selection. It shows the work we are proudest of across many events; it is not a guarantee that a particular image, sequence, style or moment can be reproduced at your event.

Stock and illustrative imagery

Some pages may temporarily use stock or illustrative imagery while a section is being built out or a real gallery is being prepared. Any such image is a placeholder. Illustrative imagery is exactly that: it is used to show a layout or an idea. It does not depict our work, a real client, a real event, a real venue or a real team member, and it must not be read as a portfolio sample. Placeholder images are labelled as such in our content system and are replaced with genuine work as it becomes available.

Availability, quotations and pricing

Any price, package, inclusion or date shown or discussed on this website is indicative and subject to confirmation. Nothing published here reserves a date. Availability, the final scope, the team assigned and the final fee are confirmed only in writing, and a booking exists only once that written confirmation and the booking amount are in place — as set out in our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices can change without notice until they are confirmed in writing to you.

Creative outcome

Every wedding is different, and much of what makes a photograph possible is outside anyone's control — light, weather, venue restrictions, running order, timings that slip, and the cooperation of everyone present. We bring the same standard of craft to every event, but we do not guarantee that a specific shot, a specific look, or a specific moment will be captured, unless that has been expressly agreed in writing as part of your brief.

No guarantee of search rankings or online visibility

Nothing on this website — including anything on our Journal, our Locations pages, or our Partner pages — is a promise, guarantee or representation about search engine rankings, visibility, indexing, traffic, impressions or placement, for us, for a partner, for a venue or for anyone else. Search results are determined entirely by third-party search engines using criteria they control and change without notice. Any listing, mention, backlink or feature on this site is editorial, and confers no ranking benefit that we can promise or measure on your behalf.

No guarantee of partner referral earnings

Where we run a partner or referral programme, an incentive is payable only on a qualifying referral that converts into a confirmed booking, and only on the conditions set out in the Partner Program Terms. Nothing on this website states, implies, projects or guarantees any level of income, any number of referrals, any conversion rate, or any earnings whatsoever from participating. Most referrals do not convert. Any calculator, example or illustration shown alongside the programme is an illustration only. It is built on assumptions that we choose and that we can change, it is clearly labelled as an estimate, and it is not a forecast, a projection or a representation of typical results.
